• Jordan
Stotter - Director
Jordan Stotter's qualifications include an MBA from Macquarie University, a Diploma
from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Real Estate qualifications
from a Real Estate Institute of Queensland and a Marketing Diploma from New South
Wales Tafe. He has ten (10) years experience in the marketing and operation of
Hotels. He also has experience in marketing property trusts under the Managed
Investments Act.
• Rob Righetti ACA - Director
Rob Righetti is an experienced corporate consultant with exposure to capital
raising and public company operations. With 30 years experience in auditing
and consulting he was a senior partner of the world-wide Chartered Accounting
practice Pannell Kerr Forster for 15 years, two of which he spent based in
their London office. Pannell Kerr Foster has an industry speciality in Hospitality
and Tourism worldwide. Since leaving Pannell Kerr Forster he has been involved
in equity raising and corporate consulting, and held the position of Finance
Director and Company Secretary for an ASX listed company. He is currently on
the board, as a Non Executive Director, of the investment company Vealls Limited
which owns a large ski resort in New Zealand, and is a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Robert also holds a Real Estate Agents
licence in New South Wales.
• Karen Whiteford – Consultant
Hotel Operations
Karen Whiteford has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality
industry. She has held management and executive positions in the
development, planning and operations areas of major international
hotels in Australia, Asia and the South Pacific including Ramada
Hotels, Radisson Hotels, Auram Hotels and HIS Hotels. Karen was also
involved in the planning, establishment and operations of the Sydney
2000 Olympic Media Village, which, to date, is the largest hotel
configuration and operation in Australia and until recently in the
world. Karen holds a Real Estate Agents licence in New South Wales.
Karen is currently the general manager of the Ramada Riverside Apartments
and the Ramada Hotel & Suites
in Ballina.
